Lastro só existe como estratégia para o coletivo e tem a experiência como ferramenta de diálogo. É um projeto autônomo e livre em seus enlaces. Sob tais premissas, a plataforma vem desenvolvendo residências, exposições coletivas e ações diversas. Nos primeiros anos, as viagens realizadas focaram na construção de redes pela América do Sul, por meio de pesquisas de campo durante as residências curatoriais e dos intercâmbios entre artistas e demais agentes culturais atuantes nos países visitados e no Brasil. Esses movimentos se desdobraram em eventos, exposições, oficinas, palestras, acervo de publicações e catalogação de agentes das diversas cenas artísticas do continente. A plataforma completa sua primeira década em 2015, quando as viagens passam a ser propostas coletivas de residências móveis, autônomas e colaborativas. Desse período em diante, o projeto expande a rede por países da América Central e outros continentes, desdobrando-se em exposições, oficinas, eventos e publicações. Lastro only exists as a strategy for the collective, and uses experience as a tool for dialogue. It is an autonomous project, and free in its ties. Under such premises, the platform has been developing residencies, collective exhibitions, and several events. In its first years, the trips focused on building networks in South America, through field research was done during curatorial residencies and exchanges between artists and fellow cultural agents who were active in the visited countries and in Brazil. These movements unfolded in events, exhibitions, workshops, talks, a collection of publications, and the cataloguing of agents from various artistic scenes across the continent. The platform completed its first decade in 2015, when the trips turned into collective proposals for mobile, autonomous, and collaborative residencies. From this period on, the project expanded its network to countries in Central America and other continents, developing into exhibitions, workshops, events, and publications. All of the recorded material, such as trip reports, texts, interviews, photos and videos, can be found in this section.
